Confirmo haber leído y aceptado los Términos y Condiciones y la Política de Privacidad, reconociendo que la cancelación previa al envío es una gestión comercial y no un derecho legal, y que el derecho de desistimiento únicamente nace tras la entrega, según la normativa aplicable y la política de devoluciones de Simufy.

I confirm that I have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, acknowledging that the cancellation of an order prior to shipment is a commercial arrangement and not a legal right, and that the right of withdrawal only arises after delivery, in accordance with the applicable regulations and Simufy’s return policy.
